B2B Social Media Marketing Strategist (Part-Time/Contract)
We're not looking for just another social media coordinator. We need a strategic force who can revolutionize our B2B social presence while we're in hyper-growth. Someone who lives and breathes social, pushes boundaries, and can deliver full-time impact in part-time hours.
The Role
You'll own our entire social media strategy, transforming it from a basic brand presence into a high-performing PR, lead generation, and sales enablement engine. This is a 20-hour/week contract role with potential to grow.

Who You Are
- A B2B social media expert who can recite LinkedIn's algorithm changes in your sleep
- Someone who's already transformed social channels into legitimate lead generation engines
- A content creator who knows how to make complex B2B topics both engaging and converting
- A data-driven strategist who can prove social media's impact on pipeline
- Deeply familiar with SaaS/B2B software industry and its social landscape
- Self-driven and able to execute autonomously - you don't need hand-holding
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of B2B social media marketing experience with proven lead generation results
- Track record of building executive social presence and thought leadership
- Experience with social selling and account-based social strategies
- Expert-level understanding of social analytics and conversion optimization
- Portfolio of high-performing B2B social content
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, video editing, etc.)
Bonus Points
- Experience scaling social media during company hypergrowth
- Proven success with paid social campaigns in B2B
- History of pioneering new social channels/formats for B2B brands
