Working collaboratively as one team is critical to the development of each team member and the success of Bravo customers.
We foster connection with our remote workforce in a variety of ways: weekly informal Townhall meetings that help keep every person up to date on what's happening in Bravo, monthly health and wellness challenges with the Peloton app, dedicated Slack channels for non work-related updates and communication, weekly peer-to-peer "shout outs" for team acknowledgement and encouragement, product release demos so all employees see what's coming on our roadmap, and Officevibe surveys that allow team members to provide feedback, to name a few.
We're proud to say that after our shift to remote working after the COVID crisis, nearly all Bravo employees have reported feeling more connected to their colleagues and to the company mission than when working in a traditional office setting.
