The Opportunity

We're scaling fast and need hungry AEs ready to crush their numbers. You'll report to our Head of Sales and own the full sales cycle - from pipeline generation to close. With our SDR team feeding you leads, marketing driving inbound, and a full tech stack to support you (Hubspot, Gong, etc.), we've built the foundation for you to win. Now we need closers who can execute.

The Role

You'll own your SMB accounts in the firearms/sporting goods space - a rapidly growing market where our product is already proven. Your mission is to:

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic outbound and inbound leads
  • Run efficient sales cycles from prospect to close
  • Deliver compelling demos that speak to customer pain points
  • Navigate deals through qualification, evaluation, and negotiation
  • Hit and exceed quarterly targets
  • Scale with our growing team

What You Bring

  •  3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
  •  Track record of consistent quota achievement
  •  Strong discovery and qualification skills
  •  Experience with SMB sales cycles
  •  Comfort with remote selling
  •  Hunger to build something big
