The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to take ownership of core accounting operations and play a critical role in our growing Finance function. As Accounting Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day accounting and reporting, support financial strategy, and help scale financial operations to match our growth trajectory.
This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow, offering visibility across the organization and opportunities to drive process improvements in a high-growth SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including GL, AR/AP, payroll, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and month-end close.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and financial standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead and manage annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support company initiatives.
- Manage accounting systems, tools, and workflows to support scaling operations.
- Support tax filings, compliance, and regulatory reporting as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; SaaS or technology industry experience required.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metric reporting, ASC 606revenue recognition, and subscription-based billing models.
- Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and system integrations.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team, as well as manage up to leadership.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a “builder” mindset and a passion for creating scalable processes in a fast-moving company.
