About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy the satisfaction of getting things where they need to go? Join our team as a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist and play a crucial role in delivering hardware and supplies to our valued customers across the country!
What You'll Do
- Manage and fulfill customer orders through our Shopify platform
- Prepare, wrap, and package items for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using Shopify's management tools
- Operate and troubleshoot point-of-sale equipment, including printers and label makers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
- Ensure order accuracy and timely shipment of all products
What We're Looking For
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, especially using Shopify (big plus!)
- Familiarity with POS peripherals like printers and label makers
- Eagle-eye attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce and a drive to learn about the latest in POS systems
