The Opportunity  

We're seeking a strategic D2C Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth of our MobilePawn app. You'll own user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation through creative consumer marketing strategies. With the support of your marketing coordinator and collaboration with our product and marketing teams, you'll scale our mobile app presence and unlock new revenue streams.

The Role  

Your primary focus will be driving MobilePawn adoption and usage while maintaining our marketplace presence. Your mission is to:

  • Create and execute strategies to drive mobile app awareness and downloads
  • Develop innovative campaigns to increase user engagement and retention
  • Build creative acquisition channels for sustainable user growth
  • Design and optimize user journey from awareness to active usage
  • Lead and mentor a D2C Marketing Coordinator
  • Manage secondary eCommerce marketplace initiatives
  • Own user growth and revenue targets

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of D2C marketing experience with focus on mobile app growth
  • Proven track record driving user acquisition and engagement
  • Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile app marketing strategies
  • Creative approach to user acquisition
  • Team leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • History of scaling consumer products

Contract Details

  • 6-month initial engagement (potential for permanent role)
  • Minimum 20 hours/wk; maximum 30 hours a week for first 2-3 months
