The Opportunity
We've built a strong customer base that's primed for expansion. As our Inside Sales Specialist, you'll mine gold from our existing accounts, uncovering opportunities to deepen product adoption and drive revenue growth. With marketing support, warm leads from our customer success team, and a full tech stack at your disposal, you're set up to win.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll own revenue expansion within our existing customer base - a proven market where relationships are established and the ROI is clear. Your mission is to:

  • Drive quarterly growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within your account base
  • Convert support and marketing qualified leads into revenue
  • Run targeted campaigns to drive product adoption
  • Navigate expansion deals from discovery to close
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record in customer expansion or account management
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Experience with outbound campaigns
  • Excellence in remote selling
  • Drive to maximize every opportunity
