Expanding Customer Access with Spanish Language Support

In response to valuable feedback from our Bravo Pawnbroker Network, we're proud to introduce Spanish language support for E4473 forms. This enhancement allows you to better serve your Spanish-speaking customers, making the firearms transaction process more accessible and comfortable for a broader customer base. Streamlined Firearms Operations

The January release brings significant improvements to firearms handling:

Our new Multiple Firearm Updates feature allows you to add firearms to an existing E4473 after NICS submission without creating duplicate paperwork, saving time and reducing administrative burden.

For shooting range operators, we're introducing a comprehensive Range Management System, providing complete oversight of range operations all within Bravo Point of Sale.

Enhanced Work Orders & Repairs

We've revolutionized the repair ticket workflow with our new integrated inventory management system. Now you can seamlessly add inventory items directly into repair tickets, creating a more efficient and accurate process for managing repairs and work orders.

Improved Payment Processing

Managing credit card fees just got easier with our new Credit Card Surcharge Configuration feature. This flexible system allows you to customize how processing fees are handled, giving you more control over your payment operations.

Powerful Shopkeeper Enhancements

Remote management capabilities with Shopkeeper are expanding with two key improvements:

  • Enhanced Remote Approvals now provide more detailed information for faster, more informed decision-making
  • Our new Interactive Shopkeeper Chat feature enables direct item linking and viewing within chat conversations, streamlining communication between staff and management

Expanded Reporting Capabilities

For jewelry retailers and pawnbrokers, we've added new criteria for Carats/Karats in ad hoc reports, allowing for more detailed analysis of your jewelry inventory. This update, suggested by our Bravo Pawnbroker Network members, demonstrates our commitment to delivering the features our community needs.
